Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Serenitea Emporium. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. We will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) or exchange the item for another product of equal value. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on tea or herbs due to health and safety regulations.
